Zulu Wars Fighting Assegai – Item 96001

Early 1890s Zulu Warriors leaf shaped Assegai spear.  Turned wooden shaft with lower turned handle. Leather binding to top and leaf shaped head. Good overall condition. Measures total length 123cm. As brought back from the Zulu campaigns by British Army officer. Ex Mick Woodfield collection of Zulu weaponry.
