WWII British Steel Helmet with Visor – Item 99754

Extremely rare WWII British steel helmet. Comes complete with its original leather lining and elasticated chin strap. 98% of its dark olive green combat finish. Complete with detachable visor/face protection mask. Visor also retaining 98&% of its dark green olive finish. These special issue combat helmets had the added protection of this visor for protection against shrapnel splinters. These were known as the quick action visor. Scarce and hard to find helmet.
