Victorian Officers Epaulettes Attributed to Brigadier General Sir Francis Sudlow Garratt, 1st Devon Cavalry Yeomanry. Matched pair of white metal scaled epaulettes with regimental button to end. At sometime the metal has been painted silver to preserve them. Good overall condition for age.
