Third Reich Transitional Long Bill Steel Helmet – Item 103707

Scarce M18 German coal scuttle long bill helmet. Retains 98% of its original field grey paint finish. Re-furbished during the Third Reich for use by the Army. Has Nazi style German lining and one half section of chin strap remaining.  These were issued pre-war to German Army units. An interesting example of this long bill pattern rare coal scuttle helmet. Now seldom found. Ex my own collection.
