Third Reich Police Generals Peaked Cap – Item 104500

Rare wartime manufacture Police Generals peaked cap. Green wool cap with brown central band and gold wire piping and gold chin strap. Gilt gold wash Police metal eagle with cockade above. Some minor moth tracking to wool pile and small period filled repair to top of cap edge. Nice saddle shape cap. Inside with brown cloth lining and original ersatz leather sweatband. Makers Bielefeld makers gold leaf lettering to inside diamond of cap.  Overall a nice “been there” example. Priced to reflect condition.
