Interesting cloth version of the Hitler Youth Proficiency Badge. Black bevo construction with white lettering in the form of (tyr-rune) a runic T. Has runic inscription around the edge for Proficiency in the Hitler Youth. Black backing for issue to DJ/HJ members. Cut from roll and in excellent condition.
