Third Reich Double Decal Medical Helmet – Item 111511

Never seen before Double decal helmet like this. Standard combat model. One side with Party decal (98% remaining). Other side with decal which appears to be snake on pole (Medical emblem). Original black paint finish to helmet and complete with original liner (size marked 55) and original leather liner in good condition. side rim of helmet stamped Q62 and back rim EN159. Possibly Hospital guard?  Overall a nice example of this unusual double decal helmet.
