Third Reich Afrika Korps Red Cross Box & Contents – Item 92882

Scarce WWII German Army Afrika Korps paint finish tropical Red Cross box. Comes complete with bandages, instructions and 1942 dated medical operating cap. 1942 and 43 dated field dressings plus various operating tools (some now missing). Used at front for emergencies etc. Retains 90% of its original tropical paint finish. A scarce item of tropical equipment used during the North Africa campaign.
