Third Reich Afrika Korps field made tropical ski cap. Sun bleached and marked to crown in black paint PW. (paint now flaking). Clear visible marks where insignia had been. Red lining and cloth sweatband. We believe this to be a private purchase bazar produced cap. Comes with matching French style military leather belt chiselled out with the wording “Tunis 1943 DAK”.
