Luftwaffe 1939 Presentation Salver – Item 83028

Scarce Third Reich presentation Luftwaffe Officers silver plated salver. Shows early drooped tail eagle and swastika and marked “Die offiziere Beamten jngenieure des Fliegerhorstes Rotenburg” and date 1939.Ai?? These trays were often presented by the Squadron commander for outstanding achievement in the air or victories during dog fights etc. Tray measures 36cm in diameter and is in nice condition for age.
