Imperial German Wooden Decorated Propeller – Item 101719

Beautifully carved and decorated WWI German propeller blade. Laminated wood with deep carved flower decoration and oak leaf surround and marked “Weltkrieg 1914, 15 & 16″. Cut out middle sections with period photograph of pilot with his plane one photo wearing flying helmet and group squadron shot. Measures 102cm in length x 29cm. A period made memento of this German pilot’s flying career.
