Excellent condition for age Royal Army Service Corps Officers Home Service Helmet.  Ball top fitting with link chin chain and gilt brass Kings crown Army Service Corps Officers two piece helmet plate. Excellent leather liner with Jones & Co London manufacturers label to inside. Comes complete with its named storage tin to H A Courtenay. Worthy of further research. An excellent example of this early pre WWI Officers helmet. Retaining clip to helmet tin now missing.
