British Naval Submarine Officers KIA Sword – Item 110347

Excellent condition British Naval Officers Sword named to Lieutenant Brian Clement Western Clements, DSO. Sword comes complete with its original sword knot. Fish skin bound grip. Langet named B C W Clements RN. Excellent blade fully engraved with crown, anchor and George VI cypher. Comes complete with its excellent condition metal and leather scabbard plus its cloth sword bag. This sword comes with a print out of his details and record of service. A scarce sword with interesting history.

Note:  The sword belonged to Lt Brian Clements DSO who died May 1943 when the submarine he was serving on HMS Turbulent  was sunk by mine and lost with all hands.
