British WWII lst Pattern Commando Knife – Item 110872

Rare British WWII lst Pattern Fairbairn Sykes Commando Knife. Manufactured by Wilkinson Sword Company. Excellent example with its S shaped cross guard. Stiletto blade with Wilkinson trade to mark to one side and FS Fighting Knife to other side. Original owners initials scratched to cross guard so possibly traceable. Housed in its original leather lst pattern scabbard with metal chape and retaining securing strap.  Blade measures 17 cm.  A nice example of this rare fighting knife and seldom found nowadays.
