Bevo construction cut from uniform POA Russian Volunteer arm shield. Red shield with yellow centre and grey cross. Good condition.
Note: Hundreds of thousands of former soviet citizens worked and fought for Germany during WWII. From Red Army prisoners and deserters the Germans were able to raise a sizeable Russian liberation Army the ROA. They were under the command of the former Red Army General Andrei A Vlasov. At the end of the war Vlasov was seized from US captivity and taken to Moscow and hanged.
