Third Reich Auxiliary Police Arm Band – Item 110414

Scarce and unusual Auxiliary Police arm band. As worn by wartime German Police units who at the end of the war were helping the British Authorities keep order during the occupation. Often worn over the Third Reich uniforms that had now been altered and any Nazi insignia removed. This interesting arm band in excellent condition stamped Hilfspolizei and to reverse stamped with British Zone representative central office for Germany. An interesting item of home front post war years.
