Italian Fronte-Russo Honour Badge – Item 106637

Third Reich Italian Honour badge.  Awarded in 1943  to troops that were on the Eastern Front from June 1941 – June 1943.  It was also given to Germans attached to the C.S.I.R. and 8th Army Corps . White metal award with remains of blue banner finish. Crossed to sabres to centre.  Milan maker marked to reverse and model No 38. To reverse officially changed later safety pin attachment. A rare and hard to find award.
