Victorian 37th (North Hampshire) Officers Quilted Shako – Item 103840

Rare and seldom found Victorian Officers Shako of the 37th North Hampshire Regiment. Excellent officers quilted shako circa 1861 in excellent condition for age. Comes complete with its gilt Officers shako plate retaining all its original fire gilt finish. Gilt socket fitting for its white and red pom pom. Excellent leather and silk quilted lining and patent leather chin strap. Complete in its original named storage tin. An excellent example of this rare shako in seldom found condition.
