Third Reich Luftwaffe Pilots Private Purchase Watch – Item 103371

Scarce Luftwaffe private purchase pilots wrist watch. Complete with its original leather strap. Reverse of watch named to Kurt Rick and is squadron StG77. Watch in no longer working so could possibly benefit from some maintenance work. A nice personalised watch from a Luftwaffe fighter pilot and worthy of further research.

Note: (StG 77) was a Luftwaffe dive bomber wing  during WWII.  From the outbreak of war StG 77 distinguished itself in every Wehrmacht  major operation until the Battle of Stalingrad in 1942
