Third Reich German Officer Oil on Board Portrait – Item 89559

Large impressive oil on board period portrait of a Third Reich Officer of the 109th Infantry.  Painted in full parade uniform. Tunic decorated with medal bar and award which include Iron cross and Wound badge etc. Complete with clutching dress dagger. Measures 160 x 100 cm. Complete in original gilt wood frame. Overall good colours and condition with only small minor chip to paint on one lower corner leaf.  A lovely centre piece for any collection room.
