White metal Jager troops ski cap insignia. Complete with pins an backing cloth. Removed from ski cap. Good condition.

Introduced in 1942 the Jager cap badge was issued to all troops of the German Army Jager divisions. It was worn on the left side of the field cap and mountain cap. shown in Badges an Insignia of the Third Reich by Brian Davis. Plate 61
