Excellent condition award of The Cross of Honour of the German Mother gold grade (gilt finish) for 8 or more children. Complete with its full length neck ribbon and B.H. Mayer Plorzhelm  presentation case of issue. Enamel to mothers cross in perfect condition with issue date of 1938 to reverse. These medals were presented by the Gauleiter on Mothers Day.
