Third Reich Captured Czechoslovakian Luftschutz Helmet – Item 94368

Scarce 1st Model Czechoslovakian helmet complete with its original lining and chin strap. Now over painted dark blue  and re-issued to Luftschutz member. Retains 98% of its dark blue paint finish and just some minor abrasions plus 80% of its Luftschutz air defence decal to front. Original owners name to inside.

Note:  When Germany over ran the Czech Republic they captured arms and equipment and re-issued them to the Air Defence units towards the end of the war when supplies in the homeland were short. This being one such helmet.
