SS Officers Portrait Postcard – Item 111102

Third Reich period postcard portrait photograph of LAH SS Officer.  Measures 13 x 8.5cm.  Interestingly shows SS Officer wearing peaked cap with clear army cap eagle. Obviously converted from Army cap to SS. On all forums today if you had this cap everyone would criticise it as having the wrong insignia – This clearly shows that during combat they wore mis-matched insignia. He was a member of the elite LAH.
