Scarce and seldom found State of Hesse NCOs private purchase Dragoon helmet. Correct Hesse pattern fluted spike on cross base. Complete with Hesse white metal helmet plate and scale chin strap and correct pattern Hesse cockade. Shell remains in excellent condition. Complete with it original black leather storage case.  Overall an excellent example of this rare and seldom found helmet.
