Third Reich SS Division Totenkopf Plaque – Item 111727

Interesting brass plaque awarded to SS Division Totenkopf in the Kursk region in 1943 from the Company Commander SS Scharfuhrer Heinz Wilke. This brass plaque measuring 14 x 18cm with four fixing holes to corners. Probably at one time was on a larger stone or wooden monument. Decorated to top with Iron Cross and lower with Panzer tank. Good condition for age. Probably liberated when battalion retreated from Russia.
