Third Reich Latvian Volunteers SS Arm Badge – Item 94829

Scarce final pattern Latvian SS arm shield. Styled on the old Latvian flag. A white diagonal bar on a red shield. Because this unit was involved in fighting that took place in the Courland pocket they were also authorised to wear the Courland cuff band. Issued from 1943 onwards to SS foreign volunteer units. This arm badge is part of a small collection of SS insignia we are listing and are all veteran bring back pieces. Mint condition arm shield.
